Raw materials
for capsule shells are added to
a melting tank to melt and degas.
Viscosity is then adjusted to produce
the capsule shell solution.
After
raw materials such as active ingredients
have been accurately measured, they
are subjected to melting and suspension
to achieve guaranteed uniformity as
a fill material.
Two gelatin
sheets are merged, sealed and simultaneously
injected with the fill material. Gelatin
sheets are solidified by the pressure
exerted by the fill injector pump,
allowing a variety of soft capsule
types to be molded. Precisely measured
fill material is then injected.
Filled
capsules are dried through tumblers and spread
onto a drying tray, and dried in a drying
room with low humidity for a pre-determined
length of time.
Capsules are
sorted by size using an automatic sizing
machine, and all capsules are visually
inspected.
Products are packaged
in PTP packaging, pillow packaging,
bottles, or boxes.
